We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Video Intern to support our video editing and social media efforts.

Your creativity and attention to detail will help us turn raw footage into engaging content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. If you’re excited about editing videos, creating social-first content, and keeping our content calendar on track, we’d love to have you on the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage DPW's YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcast channels
Edit long-form YouTube videos and create short-form content (Reels, Shorts)
Design eye-catching thumbnails and help optimize video titles and descriptions
Assist in maintaining and updating our content calendar across platforms
Repurpose event footage and interviews into bite-sized social media content
Edit and touch up event photos for use across channels
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas
Monitor trends in video and social media to keep our content fresh and relevant

About you

Available to work for 5-6 months in Amsterdam starting in September
You have a creative eye and a passion for storytelling through video and visual content
Comfortable editing both long and short-form videos, with attention to pacing, style, and trends
You’re organized and can manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects at once
Design skills for creating thumbnails or simple graphics
Experience with the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, AfterEffects)
Experience with quick video editing tools like Descript, Canva, or veed.io
Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Figma is a plus
