DPW is looking for an Event Content Producer to help shape and deliver the conference programming for DPW Amsterdam and DPW New York. This role sits at the intersection of content production and project management, with clear ownership of stages, speakers, and sessions.

You’ll work closely with the Content & Speaker Manager and collaborate across partnerships, marketing, and production to turn editorial ideas into high-quality, well-executed conference programs. You’ll have real autonomy, responsibility, and a direct impact on the DPW on-stage experience.

As a global team, we work in English. You’ll be part of DPW’s content team, helping shape the conversations that matter most to leaders in procurement, supply chain, and enterprise innovation.

What you’ll do

Own stage programming: Develop agendas, session formats, and narratives for assigned stages, ensuring clarity and flow across conference days.
Manage speakers end-to-end: Handle outreach, confirmation, briefing, preparation, and on-site delivery; build strong relationships with senior leaders and founders.
Research & ideation: Track trends in procurement, supply chain, and enterprise tech; propose themes, session angles, and speaker targets.
Project manage delivery: Build and manage timelines, trackers, and workflows; keep stakeholders aligned and risks under control.
Cross-team coordination: Work closely with partnerships, marketing, and production to align speaker needs and session details.
On-site execution: Run stages during build-up and show days, managing run-of-show, speaker readiness, and last-minute changes.
Post-event improvement: Support debriefs and feedback to continuously improve programming.

About you

Experience: 1–3 years in event programming, content production, or project management (fast-paced environments a plus).
Ownership mindset: Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions within your scope.
Organized & reliable: Strong attention to detail; able to juggle multiple priorities.
Curious about tech & innovation: Interested in how industries evolve and how to turn trends into compelling content.
Strong communicator: Confident working with senior stakeholders.
Hands-on executor: Calm under pressure and energized by live events.
Tool-savvy: Comfortable with modern tools (CRM, spreadsheets, PM tools) and interested in using AI to work smarter.
