We are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help us take our campaigns, tracking, and analytics to the next level. Your mission will be to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid and owned channels – and most importantly, ensure that all marketing activity ties directly to ticket sales, sponsorship pipeline, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta).

  • Set up conversion tracking across channels(email, social, ads) on Hubspot/Google Analytics.

  • Track the full funnel: MQL → SQL → Closed Won, analyzing conversion rates and identifying roadblocks.

  • Implement strategies to improve performance across email, website, and social channels.

  • Set up analytics and reporting to measure the ROI/ROAS of our marketing campaigns and ads, highlighting what’s driving pipeline and revenue.

  • Manage automation workflows using low code tools to drive growth and efficiency in marketing operations.

  • Drive continuous experimentation: A/B test campaigns, landing pages, and messaging to lower CAC(Customer Acquisition Cost) and improve conversion.

  • Champion a data-driven culture within the marketing team, ensuring SaaS-style metrics are embedded into how we measure success.

About you

  1. Experience: 2+ years in a growth or performance marketing role, ideally in early-stage SaaS or a digital marketing agency.

  2. Paid Campaigns: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels.

  3. HubSpot Proficiency: Confident in using HubSpot for tracking, segmentation, and reporting.

  4. Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with experience building dashboards and reporting funnels (MQL → SQL → Closed Won).

  5. Automation Friendly: Comfortable setting up workflows in tools like n8n, Salesflow, HubSpot to improve efficiency.

  6. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-moving, experimental environment. You’re comfortable testing new tactics and scaling what works.

  7. Collaboration: Strong communicator who can work closely with design, content, and sales teams.

  8. Bonus: Background in event marketing or community-driven businesses.
