About the role

DPW is looking for an Office & Workplace Experience Assistant with a strong hands-on mentality and an eye for detail. This role exists to make sure our office is not just functional, but a place where people genuinely enjoy being. You will be responsible for keeping the space tidy, organized, and welcoming, while also adding those small but important touches that make a workplace feel warm and human.

In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the daily experience of our team. From making sure desks and meeting rooms are clean and ready, to organizing snacks, gifts, and small moments of appreciation, you directly impact how people feel at work. You will learn how to create a strong workplace experience in a fast-growing, international environment, balancing structure with creativity and ownership.

This is a flexible, part-time role (10–18 hours per week) that can fit around different life situations, whether you’re studying, balancing other responsibilities, or simply looking for a few consistent hours each week.

What you do

  • Own the day-to-day tidiness of the office, ensuring desks, meeting rooms, and shared spaces are clean, organized, and ready for use.

  • Maintain and improve the overall office atmosphere, making it a cozy, welcoming, and “gezellig” place to work.

  • Order and manage office groceries, keeping snacks and essentials well-stocked.

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, from post-its to laptops, ensuring everything is available when needed.

  • Arrange thoughtful gestures such as flowers, gifts, or cards for employees during important moments.

  • Act as the main point of contact for the building (WeWork) and coordinate any related requests.

  • Organize and support company moments such as monthly drinks or larger internal meetings.

What success looks like: the office runs smoothly, feels welcoming and organized every day, and employees notice and appreciate the environment you create.

Must haves:

  • A hospitality mindset, you care about how people feel in a space.

  • A hands-on mindset, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

  • Strong attention to detail and a natural drive to keep spaces clean and organized.

  • A proactive attitude, you see what needs to be done and take action.

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilities.

Nice to haves:

  • Previous experience in office support, hospitality, or similar roles

  • Interest in workplace experience or office management

  • Creative eye for making spaces feel warm and inviting
